Now Hiring: Real Estate Appraiser
Real Estate Appraiser
Location: New York State
Boutique NY-based real estate appraisal firm seeks a real estate appraiser with a general license and minimum of 5 years appraisal experience with diversified properties. Not a good fit for someone with a primarily residential appraisal background and/or strictly bank-related mortgage financing, fee-based work. A good fit will be someone with a variety of commercial and residential appraisal experience. Position also requires a good communicator: both strong interpersonal and writing skills. Would work for someone with their own new, or established practice on the side but could maintain confidentiality and devote sufficient time. Please send your resume and a copy of the most complicated appraisal you have completed. Home office work primarily with travel to Westchester/NYC/LI required.
